What is the dress code?
We kindly request everyone arrives in Garden Formal attire. That typically means suits for men, and mid to long colorful dresses for women! Note that barring any weather, the ceremony and dinner will be outdoors. If you're still scratching your head, I have linked a Pinterest board with inspiration.
What accommodations are available?
We have a room block from 7.30.26-8.2.26 at Residence Inn Boulder Longmont. Either call and ask to book under the Thompson-Sommerville room block, or use this link! We will be providing a shuttle for guests staying here to and from the venue. We also have an associated hotel block with Springhill Suites in the same parking lot if multi-bed rooms are needed.
When does the shuttle service start and end?
The shuttle will depart at 3:15 pm, leaving from the parking lot of the Residence Inn (both hotels are in the same parking lot). The shuttle service will start running back to the hotel block at 8:00 pm and will make multiple trips back until the end of the wedding at 10:00 pm.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony start. It will begin promptly at 4 o'clock pm. Also note that our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner is planned to be outside if weather permits.
Are kids invited?
We love all of your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our day adults-only.
Can I bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, due to limited space, we cannot offer a plus one to every guest. If there is a plus one offered, it will be listed on both your invite, and when you go to RSVP.
